Banksia is a highly respected, single-site not-for-profit organisation delivering exceptional aged care services in the seaside village of Broulee, on the NSW South Coast. We support our community through three integrated services:
121 independent living villas within our retirement village
An 80-bed residential aged care facility
Community Care services About the role The Care Manager provides the management and leadership direction for our experienced and committed clinical, care and activities teams, in our residential aged care facility, Banksia Lodge.

Our commitment to providing our residents brilliant aged care includes recent transition of part of Banksia Lodge to a small house model of care, as part of a larger strategic direction to transition fully.



What you’ll need The successful candidate for this role will be an experienced Registered Nurse, with a background providing quality care to elderly people and an understanding of the modern aged care workplace.

Importantly, this person will be enthusiastic and committed to resident outcomes, affirmative and positive in their approach and be committed to engaging with our clinical leadership team and operational staff.
