Overview We’re seeking a motivated Care Manager who is passionate about quality clinical care to join an exceptional team of care professionals based in Roden Cutler Lodge, Gordon on a permanent full‑time basis. You will work closely with the Residential Manager to ensure our residents’ clinical and health outcomes are met, oversee the activities of our clinical team, uphold clinical excellence, and maintain a person‑centred approach to resident care.
Responsibilities - Establish comprehensive communication between the multidisciplinary team and other relevant staff.
Collaborate with residents’ families to keep them fully informed about clinical issues affecting their relative.
Mentor staff and share clinical knowledge and skills to improve team functioning.
Ensure all Anglicare policies, procedures, and practices are followed and continually improved.
Promote a person‑centred approach to all aspects of resident care. About you – Qualifications and Experience - Current nursing registration with AHPRA.
Demonstrated experience as a Care Manager or senior Registered Nurse within aged care.
Hands‑on approach to ensuring quality clinical care.
Solid leadership capabilities,
including the ability to supervise, delegate, and work as part of a team.

Demonstrated knowledge of aged care accreditation standards.
Post‑graduate study in a relevant discipline (geriatrics, dementia, palliative care) highly desirable.
