We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Bar Manager to join our team and help us continue to provide an unforgettable experience for our patrons.
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily bar operations, including staff management, inventory control, and customer service.
Train, supervise, and motivate bar staff to ensure high standards of service.
Develop and implement creative drink menus and promotions to attract and retain customers.
Manage bar inventory, order supplies, and maintain cost control.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a qualified manner.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for both staff and customers.
Collaborate with the marketing team to promote events and special offers.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Bar Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent knowledge of bar management, drink recipes, and mixology.
Hold a current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate.
Sound understanding of OH&S;/WHS.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations.
Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
