Responsibilities - Support and mentor educators to grow and succeed - Ensure every child’s day is secure, engaging, and full of learning - Build warm, trusted relationships with families - Embed best practice in line with the NQF and The OAC Way - Inspire a culture of collaboration, creativity, and care About You - Diploma of Early Childhood Education & Care (or higher) - 2–3+ years of leadership experience in an early learning setting - Solid knowledge of the NQF, EYLF & CSS - A supportive and proactive leadership style - Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and mentoring skills - A full‑time,
