Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service to clients, visitors, and patrons
Monitor and maintain a safe and secure environment
Conduct regular patrols and site inspections
Respond to incidents and emergencies professionally
Prepare accurate incident and activity reports
Assist clients and visitors with enquiries and directions
Work collaboratively with team members and management
Who We Are Looking For
Strong customer service and communication skills
Proactive mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities
Willingness to support the team and step into various roles when required
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Demonstrated report writing skills
Physically fit and capable of standing and walking for extended periods
Valid QLD Security Licence
Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
