Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Concrete Pump Operator to join our team.
About the role
This is a casual position offering full-time hours with long-term opportunities for the right candidate.
You will be responsible for safely operating and maintaining our concrete pumps while working alongside our experienced crews to deliver high-quality residential concrete slab projects across Melbourne.
Key Responsibilities
Safely operate and maintain both boom and line concrete pumps.
Conduct daily pre-start inspections and basic maintenance.
Set up, operate and pack down equipment safely and efficiently.
Work closely with concreting crews, supervisors and builders.
Maintain a high standard of safety and compliance at all times.
Take pride in maintaining equipment and presenting it professionally.
Deliver excellent customer service and represent Marvel Slabs professionally on site.

Skills and experience
Minimum 3 years' experience operating and maintaining both boom and line concrete pumps.
Current HR Licence (essential)
Current Boom Pump Ticket (essential).
White Card (essential).
Traffic Management competency (highly regarded).
Strong commitment to safety and equipment care.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
