Compensation
Uncapped performance bonuses
Average supervisors earn $1,500 – $3,000/month in bonuses
Top supervisors exceed $4,000/month in bonuses
$60,000 salary base pay

Requirements
Walk neighborhoods for extended periods — this is an active, boots‑on‑the‑ground role

Ability to work outdoors in varied weather conditions
The use of a personal cell phone for work‑related communication, scheduling, and operational needs

Key Responsibilities
Lead, motivate, and manage a team of canvassers to meet and exceed performance targets
Recruit, interview, and onboard new team members
Provide ongoing coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback
Oversee daily field activities including door‑to‑door outreach and appointment setting
Support team members in developing solid communication and customer engagement skills
Build positive relationships with homeowners and represent the company professionally
Track performance metrics and report on team res
