J and J Fabrication and Engineering PTY LTD is seeking experienced Boilermaker/Welders to join our team in Port Adelaide, SA. This is a casual position, providing flexibility and variety in your work. As a Welder, you will play a critical role in the Fabrication and engineering services we provide to our clients. The right candidates will have and opportunity to move into full time after 3 months.
This intake we are looking for x1 Welder
What you'll be doing
Execute precision welding using MIG techniques
Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications to ensure accurate welding
Operate welding equipment safely and efficiently, maintaining it in good working order
Contribute to the overall efficiency and quality of the fabrication process
Maintain a safe and tidy work setting, following all health and safety protocols
What we're looking for
Proven experience working as a welder with a solid track record of quality workmanship
Proficient in MIG welding techniques, with a focus on precision and reliability
Detail-oriented with a strong dedication to producing high-quality results
Able to work efficiently both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
Committed to maintaining and promoting a safe and compliant work environment
