About The Role We currently have a vacancy for a friendly and professional Dental Front Office Coordinator to join our well established dental practice. This part-time role will see you play a crucial administrative and customer-facing function within our team.

Your duties will involve but not be limited to:

Greeting patients and visitors in a warm and welcoming manner





Managing the reception area and ensuring it is well-organised and presentable

Scheduling and coordinating patient appointments

Handling phone enquiries and providing excellent customer service

Assisting with record-keeping, data entry and other administrative duties

Supporting the clinical team as needed

About You

Along with your strong work ethic and previous experience in a similar role, ideally in a healthcare setting, you'll have/be:

Full Australian working rights or be a permanent resident ideally in a healthcare setting

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise with patients, practitioners and team members

Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

Proficiency in using computer systems and software, including scheduling and billing systems A friendly, qualified and helpful demeanour A team-player attitude and willingness to support the wider practice
