Roselands Dental Practice is seeking an experienced Dental Assistant to join our friendly and professional team in a part time or casual role.

We are a modern, well established practice looking for someone confident, reliable and proactive, with strong clinical experience and excellent communication skills.

This role is best suited to someone who:
Has strong chairside experience in Australian dental practices
Speaks fluent, professional English
Is confident assisting on reception during lunch breaks and busy periods
Works well within a close-knit team workplace
Takes initiative and presents professionally at all times

About the Role:
Chairside assisting across a range of procedures
Assisting with infection control and sterilisation
Reception support including phones and patient communication
Coordinating lab work and supporting daily clinical flow
Working closely with dentists and the wider team

Requirements:
Minimum 2 years dental assisting experience in Australia (essential)
Excellent spoken and written English




Robust communication and patient care skills
Reliable, punctual and well presented
Dental4Windows experience preferred
Experience with implants and orthodontics highly regarded
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a rapid-paced environment
Team player with a positive attitude
Monday, Thursday and Friday availability is essential, with potential for additional shifts (we are open 7 days).
