We are seeking an Administration Officer to join our team at West Wyalong Machinery Centre. This is a busy, wide-ranging role at the heart of a working agricultural equipment dealership — no two days are the same and your work makes a real difference to how the branch runs every day.

The Opportunity:
Process and reconcile accounts payable and receivable
Daily banking, receipting of funds and bank reconciliation
Prepare EFT payment files and manage supplier payments
Manage debtor follow-up and customer accounts
Weekly timesheet preparation for payroll
Complete sales and service administration duties
Work closely with the State Finance Manager




Provide high-level customer service to customers and suppliers
Provide all round branch administrative support

About You:
Previous experience in an administration or accounts role
Great attention to detail and excellent time management skills
Excellent phone communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask effectively in a busy branch environment
Must possess a current driver’s licence
Experience in the agricultural industry is not necessary but advantageous
