Opportunity Intermediate-level Architect or Architectural Designer based in Melbourne, supporting our architectural team across the full project lifecycle.
Responsibilities - Attend client meetings and contribute to development and management of project briefs and scope requirements.
Prepare and coordinate architectural documentation packages including concept design, design development, and contract documentation for tender and construction.
Support and mentor junior team members while working closely with senior architects to deliver high‑quality outcomes.
Participate in site meetings, review contractor submissions and RFIs, and help resolve design and construction issues during construction.
Qualifications - Master’s degree in Architecture (registration preferred).
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in architectural projects.
Experience contributing to projects within multidisciplinary teams and coordinating inputs from other consultants.
Proficient in Revit and knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud.
Knowledge of construction technology, building detailing,
and the application of the National Construction Code. Key Attributes and Skills - Excellent written and verbal communication, including report‑writing.
Robust planning, organisational and problem‑solving skills.
Ability to manage workloads within agreed timeframes and budgets while balancing competing priorities.
