We're looking for an experienced Diploma-qualified Educator who loves variety, enjoys building relationships across the whole service, and thrives in a role where every day is different.

As our Float Educator, you'll support our beautiful 111-place centre while making a genuine impact across all age groups.

Operating from 7:00am – 6:00pm, our service features natural play spaces, light-filled learning settings and quality resources designed to inspire both children and educators.

What You'll Be Doing:
Support children across the service through meaningful play and learning
Create engaging experiences that spark curiosity and confidence
Build strong relationships with children, families and your fellow educators
Step into different rooms to support the team where needed
Bring positivity, flexibility and a passion for early learning every day

What You'll Bring:




Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or an ACECQA-approved equivalent)
Current Working with Children Check
Full Australian working rights
A warm, qualified approach and genuine passion for early education
Two professional references, including one from a manager or supervisor within early childhood
