We are looking for a warm, organised, and professional Dental Assistant to join our young family.

About the Role
This is a permanent part time, dual focus position where chairside assisting is the primary responsibility, complemented by front desk and administrative duties (with full training provided). You will play a key role in ensuring patients feel welcomed, informed, and comfortable throughout their visit.
Key Responsibilities:
Assisting chairside effectively during a range of dental procedures.
Upholding rigorous infection control and sterilisation protocols.
Welcoming patients and managing appointment bookings.
Answering telephone enquiries and assisting patients professionally.
Maintaining accurate patient records and processing payments efficiently.
Monitor inventory stock and placed timely orders to prevent shortages.
Who We Are Looking For We are seeking a dedicated professional who can work in a team-oriented, independent practice.
Selection Criteria:
Experience: previous experience as a dental assistant will be highly regarded.
Software Skills: basic computer skills.
Personal Attributes: friendly, confident, highly organised, and detail oriented.
Communication: exceptional interpersonal skills, both face-to-face and over the phone.
Work Ethic: calm under pressure, adaptable at multitasking, and a reliable team player.
Compliance: must hold valid Australian work rights.
