About the Role As a Support Worker, you’ll help people stay secure and comfortable at home by:
Helping with personal care (showering, dressing, grooming)
Providing respite care (giving carers a break)
Helping clients stay active and connected in their community
Following care plans to meet each person’s needs

Good communication skills with the ability to chat and listen to clients and team members
Ability to work independently and comfortable using technology
Australian working rights
Valid driver’s licence and access to a reliable, insured car
Police Check and/or NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain one)
Experience in aged care or disability support
First Aid and CPR certificate (or willingness to obtain one)
