Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, mix, and bake a variety of bakery products, including bread, pastries, and pizza bases, adhering to established recipes and production standards.
Operate and maintain commercial baking equipment, including ovens, dough sheeters, and mixers.
Manage the fermentation and proofing process to ensure product consistency and quality.
Assist with inventory management, including ordering supplies and managing stock rotation.
Maintain a clean and organized work workplace, strictly adhering to food safety and hygiene regulations.
Work efficiently in a rapid-paced environment to meet production deadlines and customer demand.
