Your responsibilities will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and admirative support within a dental practice as Dental Receptionist.
We are seeking an enthusiastic candidate with the right attitude for the above role.

Candidates without any dental reception or dental assisting experience will not be considered for the role

Duties and Responsibilities:
Customer service: Providing warm and welcoming workplace for patients and staff.
Administrative Tasks: Perform general admirative duties, including managing phone calls, maintaining appointment schedule. filing patient records, and handing correspondence.
Patient Billing: Providing patient payments, insurance claims,



and handling billing enquiries with accuracy and attention to detail.
Communication Skills: Demonstrate strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills when interacting with patients and staff.
Confidentiality: Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to privacy regulations while managing safeguarding patient records and sensitive information.
Basic Computer Skills: Utilize Microsoft Office and Excel to manage patient records, appointments, and perform basic administrative tasks.

Job Types: Full time, Part time

Pay: $27.00 – $36.23 per hour

Expected hours: 28 – 35 per week
