Number of Positions Available: 1 About the Role Based at the Tom Quinn Centre in Bundaberg, you will bring the garden to life by creating a welcoming, hands‑on learning environment for young people aged 16–25.

How You Will

Make an Impact - Facilitate engaging garden, nursery and micro‑enterprise activities.
Teach practical skills in horticulture, food production and sustainability.
Support young people to build confidence, independence and employment skills.
Coordinate volunteers and foster strong community partnerships.
Help manage produce for the café, markets and community initiatives.
Maintain a protected, inclusive environment and accurate program records.

What You Will Bring Passion for working with young people and creating opportunities through hands‑on learning.
Certificate IV or higher in Youth Work, Community Services or related discipline (or equivalent experience).
Experience in community programs, horticulture, food production, hospitality or social enterprise.
Robust relationship‑building and facilitation skills.
Commitment to trauma‑informed, culturally safe and person‑centred practice.

Essential Requirements - Current Queensland Driver Licence.
Working with Children Check (Blue Card).




Current First Aid Certificate.
