Bourton Road Cafe is under fresh management and looking for energetic, reliable Cafe All-Rounders to join our tight-knit team! If you love making great coffee, and putting a smile on customers' faces, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Guest & Counter Service: Greeting locals, taking orders accurately through the POS system, and handling payments.
Coffee & Beverages: Pouring high-quality specialty coffee and prepared drinks efficiently during the morning rush.
Keep it Clean: Clearing tables, washing up, and keeping the front-of-house and dining areas looking spotless.
What We Are Looking For:
Prior hospitality experience is highly valued but not essential.
A positive, high-energy attitude with excellent communication skills.
Reliable, punctual, and available to work flexible schedule, including early mornings and weekends.
The ability to multitask and stay calm when the morning rush hits.
