Community Registered Nurse – Mental Health Responsibilities - Conducting mental health triage, assessment, and crisis intervention.
Supporting people’s recovery journey by linking them with GPs, pharmacists, and other care providers.
Delivering protected medication management and education.
Advocating for consumers, promoting social inclusion, and reducing stigma.
Building therapeutic relationships that respect dignity, boundaries, and recovery principles.
Qualifications - Current AHPRA registration (post‑grad in Mental Health or Addictions desirable).
Experience in mental health nursing, ideally in community settings.
Solid assessment, care planning, and medication management skills.
The ability to work independently while thriving in a multidisciplinary team.
A recovery‑focused approach and genuine respect for diversity,
including Aboriginal, CaLD, LGBTIQ+, and people with disabilities.
Essential requirements WA driver’s licence, National Police Clearance, First Aid Certificate, and Working with Children Check.
Contract Details
This role is a fixed‑term full‑time role until June 2027 offering 75 hours per fortnight (Monday to Friday).
