Across 40 NSW schools, our OSHC Educators and Coordinators deliver engaging before- and after-school care full of creativity, play, and discovery.

About the Role

As a Casual OSHC Educator, you’ll play a key role in shaping positive, engaging experiences for children, supporting their learning, development, and wellbeing in a secure and inclusive workplace. With flexible hours, you’ll step in to support our programs while bringing energy, creativity, and care to every session.

What You’ll Do
Create a fun, safe, and supportive space for children aged 5–12 in before and after school care
Lead and participate in exciting activities that spark creativity, learning, and social connection
Build positive relationships with children and support their individual needs
Foster an inclusive environment that celebrates diversity
Communicate confidently with children, families, and your team
Follow policies and safety practices to ensure high-quality care
Assist with meal preparation and supervise mealtimes




Keep accurate records and support program delivery

What You Bring
Certificate III in Education Support, Early Childhood Education & Care, or similar (or willingness to obtain)
Experience with school-aged children (outstanding to have, not essential!)
Strong communication skills and a positive, team-first mindset
Flexibility and reliability to work casual shifts
A current Working with Children Check
First Aid & CPR (or willingness to obtain)
Understanding of child development and inclusive practices
A genuine passion for supporting children from diverse backgrounds
