About the Role

We're looking for an Associate Business Analyst to join a Federal Government technology program in Canberra. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build their Business Analysis career while working on large-scale, meaningful projects alongside experienced professionals.
You'll work closely with business and technical stakeholders to analyse business needs, gather requirements and help deliver solutions that drive positive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
Analyse business needs, problems and opportunities.
Gather, document and validate business requirements.
Engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders to understand business objectives.
Support business process analysis and business modelling activities.
Identify opportunities for business improvement and recommend solutions.
Collaborate with project teams to ensure requirements are delivered successfully.
Assist with requirements prioritisation,



traceability and change management activities.

About You
To be successful, you will have:
Current NV1 Security Clearance (mandatory).
Experience as a Business Analyst or Associate Business Analyst.
Understanding of business analysis methodologies and requirements gathering.
Exposure to Business Modelling and Business Situation Analysis.
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Ability to analyse information and document explicit business requirements.
Australian Citizenship.
