Location: Western Sydney and surrounding areas: 10 hours per week

We are seeking a reliable, motivated, and community-minded individual to join our team in a dual-role position combining direct client support and community engagement.

Position Overview

This role includes:

Client Support (3 hours per week)
Every Wednesday from 11:00am – 2:00pm
Provide one-on-one support to a client in line with their goals and support needs
Assist with community participation and social engagement as required

Community Engagement & Business Promotion (7 hours per week)
Attend community events, networking opportunities, and stakeholder meetings throughout Western Sydney and surrounding areas
Represent and promote our organisation within the local community
Build and maintain positive relationships with community members, service providers, and stakeholders
Assist in increasing awareness of our services and identifying opportunities for growth

What We Offer
$35.50 per hour
Kilometre reimbursement for approved work-related travel




Travel to and from the client’s home is not reimbursed unless you are transporting the client or travelling for an approved work purpose

Essential Requirements
Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
Current Working With Children Check
Current National Police Check
Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and professionally within the community
Robust organisational and time-management skills

Desirable
Experience in disability support, community services, stakeholder engagement, networking, or business development
Knowledge of the NDIS sector
