About the role:

As a Factory Hand, you'll play an significant role in our daily operations, helping to ensure production runs smoothly while maintaining high quality and safety standards.

Your responsibilities will include:
Operating factory machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
Assembling products according to specifications
Conducting quality checks on finished products
Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe work environment
Assisting with stock control and inventory tasks
Following all workplace health and safety procedures
Supporting the production team with general factory duties as required

About You

We're looking for someone who is:
Reliable, punctual, and has a strong work ethic
Physically fit and comfortable performing manual tasks
Able to work well both independently and as part of a team

What you'll bring:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a factory or manufacturing environment preferred
Ability to operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
Strong attention to detail and quality control

A positive attitude and willingness to contribute to the team
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production targets
Willingness to learn and take on current tasks as needed
