About the role
Working as part of the Club Lennox Sports kitchen team, you will help deliver consistent, high-quality meals while supporting efficient kitchen operations across preparation, service and stock management.
Prepare and cook quality meals to a consistent standard
Support production, food preparation and stock rotation
Assist with menu planning, costing and implementation
Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene and presentation
Work collaboratively with the kitchen team during busy service periods
Support, lead and mentor kitchen team members where required
About you
Trade Certificate in Commercial Cookery is essential, and it is preferable to also have completed a Diploma of Hospitality Management
At least two years’ cooking experience in a commercial kitchen
Experience leading, supervising or mentoring kitchen staff
Strong knowledge of food safety standards and WHS requirements
A calm, qualified approach under pressure
A genuine passion for food quality, presentation and customer experience
Availability to work a roster including days, evenings, weekends and public holidays
Full-Time/Permanent Position
Salary Expectation: $75,000 to $85,000 per annum
Pay: $75,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
