Front End Loader Operator - Clay Shed

Roster: 12-hour day shifts | 7 shifts per fortnight

Day Shift: 6:00am - 6:00pm | Competitive Hourly Rate

Join a leading Australian building materials manufacturer as an experienced Front End Loader Operator in Middle Swan. Working 12-hour day shifts on a 7-shift-per-fortnight roster, you'll play a key role in supplying raw materials to the Clay Shed while enjoying stable, ongoing employment, every second weekend off, and genuine long-term career opportunities.
Your duties will include:
Operate front-end loaders to supply clay to production hoppers.
Push up, stockpile and blend raw clay materials.
Conduct daily pre-start inspections and routine equipment checks.
Monitor material quality and maintain consistent production flow.
Assist with housekeeping and basic plant maintenance activities.
Follow site safety procedures and safe operating practices at all times.

What You'll Need
Previous front-end loader operating experience.
Current Loader ticket/competencies.
Current WA Driver's Licence and reliable transport.




Full Australian working rights and currently residing in Perth.
Ability to pass a pre-employment medical, including ongoing drug and alcohol screening.
Strong commitment to safety, reliability and teamwork.
Ability to provide two recent supervisor references.
