We are looking for a construction project manager for our 30-level residential building in Gold Coast. This is an excellent opportunity to broad exposure across the development lifecycle – from DA ready to completion and handover.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, manage and coordinate residential construction projects to ensure delivery within approved budgets, timelines and quality standards.
Develop and monitor detailed project programmes, construction schedules and resource allocation plans.
Coordinate architects, consultants, engineers, contractors and subcontractors throughout all stages of project delivery.
Manage tendering, procurement and contract administration activities.
Monitor project costs, variations and cash flow to ensure financial objectives are achieved.
Essential Requirements
Bachelor's degree or higher qualification in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Building, Project Management or a closely related discipline.
Demonstrated experience managing medium- or large-scale multi-storiey residential apartment developments.
Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders, consultants and contractors simultaneously.
Excellent leadership, negotiation and communication skills. Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.
High level organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
Knowledge of contract administration, procurement and project budgeting.
