We’re a family‑owned landscape maintenance business with a solid client base and a reputation for reliable, high‑quality service. We’re looking for a hands‑on assistant to join our growing team in a permanent part‑time position.
About the Role
You’ll be supporting both commercial and residential maintenance jobs, including:
Mowing, trimming, whipping, hedging, and pruning
Spraying and general garden clean‑ups
Basic site prep and tidy‑ups
Working independently on smaller jobs once trained
This role is ideal for someone who prefers working by themselves, enjoys taking ownership of their work, and is confident managing tasks solo. It’s a physically active, outdoor job where you can get into a rhythm and take pride in the results you create.
Requirements
Driver’s licence
Previous experience in landscaping, mowing, or property maintenance
Confident reversing and towing a trailer
Comfortable working independently
Reliable, punctual, and well‑organised
Good communication and a positive attitude
