As a Sunny Care home care worker, you will provide support and assistance to elderly people on home care packages Levels 1 to 4, providing the following services:
· Personal Care
· Medication Assistance
· Companionship and social activities
· Domestic tasks
· Meal preparation
· Shopping
· Transportation
About You:
Experience providing home care services to older people and NDIS clients
Professional proficiency in English is a must
Positive communication and team work skills
Smart mobile phone with internet access
Current First Aid and CPR certificates
Current Australian Federal Police check
Current Australian Drivers License
Reliable and clean registered vehicle with comprehensive insurance
Certificate III Aged Care/Home and Community Care/Individual Support
Australian Residency Status or valid Australian Working Rights
