Role SummaryThe Client Growth Executive supports the Managing Director by developing recent businessopportunities, managing day-to-day client relationships and coordinating projects.The Director leads discovery workshops, strategy, pricing and major proposals, while this role focuseson relationship-building, pipeline activity, and ensuring projects are delivered smoothly.
Key Responsibilities• Develop recent business opportunities through networking, referrals and proactive outreach.• Maintain strong day-to-day relationships with existing clients.• Identify prospects to grow existing accounts.• Coordinate proposals,



quotations and client meetings with the Managing Director.• Prepare project briefs and coordinate workflow with designers.• Monitor project progress, timelines and client satisfaction.• Promote Insight Design through networking and digital channels.
Skills & Experience• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Design or similar.• 3–5 years' client-facing experience.• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.• Strong organisation and project coordination ability.• Growth mindset and consultative approach.
