Our Cairns team is growing, and we are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our FNQ team.
The opportunity
You will support the delivery of high-quality cost management services across major Far North Queensland projects. Responsibilities include:
Preparing and managing cost plans and project estimates across construction stages
Conducting tender analysis and feasibility studies
Managing post-contract duties including progress claims, down-down reports, site inspections and cost advice
Collaborating with the team to ensure project delivery on time and within budget
About you
Degree or higher qualification in quantity surveying or a related discipline
Membership, or eligibility for membership, with AIQS, RICS, CQS or equivalent
Australian industry experience
Excellent communication skills
Full Australian working rights (citizen or permanent resident)
