Workfast are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to join a busy Waste management facility. Experience with mechanical repairs, plumbing, welding, building maintenance as well as a valid forklift licence is required

This is a hands-on role working in and around heavy machinery

Key Responsibilities
Maintain, troubleshoot and repair machinery
Welding
Plumbing
Mechanical repais
Building Maintenance
Work closely with production teams to ensure smooth operations
Follow strict safety and maintenance procedures
About You
Strong mechanical repair and maintenance skills
Experience with plumbing systems
Ability to perform welding and fabrication work
Knowledge of general building maintenance
Fault finding and troubleshooting abilities
Understanding of plant and equipment maintenance
Ability to work in a fast-paced, industrial environment
Strong problem-solving skills
Good safety awareness and knowledge of workplace procedures
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Forklift operation skills (with a valid licence)
