We are looking for an experienced Alterations Specialist to take ownership of our busy express alterations kiosk. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently, delivering high-quality workmanship, and providing excellent customer service.

This is more than just a sewing role—we're looking for someone who can confidently manage the day-to-day operation of the kiosk and ensure every customer receives fast, skilled service.

About the Role

You will be responsible for:
Performing high-quality clothing alterations and repairs
Conducting customer fittings and providing alteration advice
Managing customer enquiries and taking bookings
Operating the point-of-sale system and processing payments
Organising workflow to meet express turnaround times
Maintaining a clean, professional, and efficient workspace
Managing the kiosk independently during your shift
Delivering outstanding customer service and building repeat business

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate will have:
Proven experience in clothing alterations and garment repairs
Solid sewing skills using industrial sewing machines
Experience with hems, zips,



trouser adjustments, dresses, jackets, school uniforms, and general garment alterations
Confidence dealing directly with customers and conducting fittings
Excellent communication and organisational skills
The ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Pride in producing quality workmanship
A positive, reliable, and professional attitude

Highly Regarded

Experience with:
Bridal and formalwear alterations
Suit tailoring
Leather or delicate fabrics
High-volume or express alteration services
