An exciting opportunity for an experienced Registered Nurse to assist with pre-admission of our residents at our brand recent aged care home in South Grafton

If you are confident in explaining clinical details to our incoming residents and their families and can accurately document their clinical needs, then this role is for you!

3 month Contract - 3 days per week

Skills & Requirements For This Role

Current unrestricted registration with AHPRAExperience in assessments and developing care plans Assess, plan and implement client care within your scopeBe able to effectively communicate complex care plan needs to incoming residents and their representatives.Create and update care plans to reflect developing needs of our residentsAn understanding of Aged Care Quality StandardsAn understanding of Aged Care Funding Instrument (AN-NAC)Excellent time management skillsDemonstrated well developed computer and documentation skillsExcellent communication and clinical problem-solving skillsAbility to work autonomously
