This is a compliance seat with a clear pathway out of it. You'll own the preparation, compliance, and admin work that keeps our team running on time — and as your accuracy and reliability build, you'll take on more client contact and advisory exposure. The compliance seat is where you start, not where you stay.

What You'll Own

● ASIC annual reviews, STP transactions, SGC statements, and TPAR filings

● General ledger reviews and BAS support for the team's senior Accountants

● Invoicing, accounts receivable follow-up, and client workpaper management

● Growing client contact and advisory involvement as you prove yourself

What You Need to Bring

● 5 years' experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or professional services (preferred)

● Exposure to Australian compliance:



ASIC, STP, SGC, TPAR, and BAS

● Working knowledge of Xero, Karbon, and XPM — or a track record of picking up recent software quick

● Robust Excel and Microsoft Office skills, and a checklist-driven approach to client follow-up
