La Vallée is a cozy, community-focused café known for quality coffee, warm hospitality, and a relaxed atmosphere. We’re looking for an energetic and reliable barista who genuinely enjoys coffee, customer service, and working in a positive team environment.
Availability Required
Monday to Thursday: 6:30am – 3:30pm
Saturday & Sunday: 9:00am – 3:00pm
only a 5 day working week
Perfect for someone who enjoys early starts and a fast-paced café atmosphere.
What You’ll Be Doing
Preparing espresso coffee and beverages to a high standard
Delivering friendly, welcoming customer service
Operating coffee equipment safely and efficiently
Taking orders and handling POS transactions accurately
Maintaining cleanliness and organisation throughout the café
Restocking supplies and assisting with stock control
Supporting the team during busy service periods
Assisting with light food preparation when required
Helping create the warm and inviting experience La Vallée is known for
What We’re Looking For
Previous barista experience preferred
Solid coffee knowledge and consistency in service
Friendly personality with outstanding communication skills
Clean, well-presented, and reliable
Ability to stay calm and efficient during busy periods
Team player with a positive attitude and no ego
minimum 2 to 3 years experience
