Melbourne Coffee Culture is seeking an experienced Café Manager to oversee the daily operations of our busy Broadbeach café.

We're looking for a motivated hospitality professional who can inspire a team, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and ensure every shift runs smoothly. If you're passionate about great coffee, quality food, and outstanding service, this is an exciting opportunity to take the lead in a growing business.

What You'll Be Doing
Manage the day-to-day operations of the café
Lead, train and support front-of-house team members
Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve customer enquiries
Coordinate staff rosters and daily workflow
Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering supplies
Ensure high standards of cleanliness, presentation and food safety
Work closely with the kitchen and barista team to maintain efficient service
Help drive team performance and create a positive workplace culture

What We're Looking For
Previous experience managing a café, restaurant or hospitality venue




Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to remain organised in a fast-paced workplace
Passion for hospitality and customer service
Experience with staff supervision and training
Reliable, professional and solutions-focused
Flexible availability, including weekends when required
