We are a dedicated Disability support company committed to providing high-quality, person-centred support services for individuals living with disabilities. Our company is passionate about promoting independence, dignity, and inclusion for all clients. We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Human Resources Officer to join our growing organisation .The Human Resources Officer will play a key role in HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and staff development.

Key Responsibilities
Assist with end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation in compliance with the set regulations.
Support staff training, development, and performance management processes.
Provide advice and support on employee relations and workplace policies.
Ensure compliance with Fair Work regulations, NDIS standards, and workplace health and safety requirements.
Assist with payroll coordination and staff rostering support where required.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
Promote a positive, inclusive, and supportive workplace culture.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.




Previous HR experience (preferably in healthcare, disability services, or community services).
Knowledge of Australian employment legislation and HR best practices.
Strong organisational and communication skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
Experience with HR software and Microsoft Office.
Understanding of NDIS standards is highly desirable.

Preferred Qualifications
HR certification (e.g. AHRI membership).
Experience working within the disability or healthcare sector.
Knowledge of NDIS standards and compliance

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $77,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
