The Disability Support Worker at Level 2.1 works under general guidance and is responsible for delivering a range of support services and administrative tasks requiring acquired knowledge and skills. The role includes providing personal care, implementing skills and activity programs, assisting in care planning, and undertaking sensitive administrative or clerical duties. Client are kids with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Employees in this position will typically have attained a Certificate III or IV (or equivalent experience) and demonstrate the ability to work more independently than Level 1 workers, with limited supervision and some scope for exercising judgment in routine matters.
Pay: $36.00 – $45.00 per hour
