Children’s Village Spring Farm is a brand-new, state-of-the-art service seeking passionate and dedicated educators to join our growing team across multiple programs.
Led by a highly experienced and well-seasoned Director with a strong history of excellence and a clean compliance record, our service has successfully built and led multiple Exceeding-quality teams. We are committed to best practice—not just meeting minimum standards—and to creating a supportive, professional environment where educators thrive.
Positions Available:
Early Childhood Teacher (Bachelor 0–5)
Diploma Qualified Educators
Certificate III Educators
Trainees (studying or willing to commence)
Programs & Opportunities:
Long Day Care (including lunch cover and float roles)
Before & After School Care
School Holiday Program
Mandatory Requirements

Current National Police Clearance
Current Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
Strong understanding of Child Safety, Child Protection, and Regulatory Obligations
Demonstrated commitment to best practice and continuous improvement
Ability to build excellent, respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues
