About the Role

As a Merchandise Supervisor, you will:
Lead and support the merchandising team on the shop floor.
Ensure shelves are fully stocked, well-presented, and accurately priced.
Execute the plan given by the Merchandise Leader.
Maintain high visual merchandising standards.
Deliver outstanding customer service.
Promote a protected, clean, and organised workplace.
Support the delivery of promotional and seasonal displays.

We're Looking For Someone Who Has:
Previous retail experience (supervisory experience is an advantage).
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
A positive attitude and customer-first mindset.
The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.

Pay: $28.00 – $29.50 per hour

7am -12pm Tuesday to Saturday

Afternoons:

3pm-7pm Monday to Friday

Experience:
Fashion retail: 2 years (Preferred)
Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
