We’re looking for a Sous Chef to work alongside our Head Chef and help shape a kitchen focused on seasonal produce, Mediterranean influence, and estate-grown wines.
The Role
You’ll be a key leader in the kitchen—hands-on in service, mentoring the team, and ensuring every plate reflects the Meteora standard.
What You’ll Do
Lead kitchen service and support the Head Chef
Maintain exceptional food quality and consistency
Train and mentor junior kitchen staff
Assist in menu development and seasonal changes
Manage prep, ordering, and stock control
Uphold food safety and operational standards
What We’re Looking For
Proven Sous Chef or strong Senior CDP ready to step up
Experience in premium dining or similar environments
Solid leadership and calm service presence
Passion for produce-driven, seasonal food
