What You'll Be Doing
Preparing and serving a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
Crafting classic and signature cocktails with speed and consistency
Producing high quality coffee with confident latte art
Delivering warm, genuine customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere
Maintaining a clean, organised and well stocked bar
Processing cash and EFTPOS transactions accurately
Assist with running food & drinks to tables
What We're Looking For
At least 1 year of experience as a Barista/Bartender in a busy hospitality venue
Solid cocktail knowledge and the ability to work efficiently during peak service
Excellent coffee making skills, including consistent latte art
A positive attitude with outstanding customer service skills
Current RSA Certificate
Availability to work evenings and weekends

Pay: $33.85 – $40.62 per hour

Hawthorn VIC 3122: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
