Key Responsibilities
Wash dishes, utensils, pots and kitchen equipment.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene throughout the kitchen.
Assist chefs with basic food preparation, including washing, peeling and cutting ingredients.
Restock kitchen supplies and organise storage areas.
Dispose of rubbish and recycling appropriately.
Ensure all food safety and hygiene standards are followed.
Assist with receiving and storing deliveries.
Support the kitchen team with general duties as required.

About You
Reliable, punctual and able to work efficiently.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Able to work well under pressure in a busy kitchen.
Positive communication and teamwork skills.
Previous kitchen hand experience is preferred but not essential.
Availability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays is an advantage.
