We are seeking experienced Support Workers with a nursing -EN/RN or healthcare background to join our team in a Supported Independent Living (SIL) setting, caring for clients with high physical and medical needs.

Hiring for Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays across all shifts - AM, PM and inactive overnight

About the Role:

You will be working with participants who require complex, hands-on support with all activities of daily living (ADLs). This is not an entry-level position - extensive experience and confidence in providing complex care is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
Personal care, including full assistance with ADLs
Community Access
Manual handling using a hoist
Management of IDC (indwelling catheter) and stoma care
Epilepsy and seizure management
Dysphagia care and safe mealtime support
Pressure area care and wound management
Insulin administration and diabetes support
Domestic assistance including cooking nutritious meals




Working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team

Essential Criteria:
Minimum Cert IV in Disability or Aged Care and/or nursing background (EN/RN qualifications highly regarded)
Proven experience in high physical support settings (SIL or similar)
Solid knowledge and hands-on experience in the areas listed above
Excellent communication, reliability, and teamwork skills
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check, First Aid, CPR, Manual Handling, and Driver's Licence
