Residential Air-Conditioning Cleaning Technician – Job Description

Overview:

The Residential Air-Conditioning Cleaning Technician is responsible for providing high-quality into people's homes. Cleaning, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting services for air-conditioning systems in private residences. This role ensures that clients’ AC units operate efficiently, safely, and hygienically with the best Air Quality possible.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform thorough cleaning of indoor and outdoor air-conditioning units, including filters, coils, vents, and drainage systems.
Inspect AC systems to identify dirt buildup, mould, blockages, leaks, or general wear and tear.
Conduct routine maintenance tasks to improve system performance and energy efficiency.
Advise homeowners on proper AC care, filter replacement schedules, and ways to maintain air quality.
Document services performed and communicate clearly with clients about findings or recommended follow-up work.
Ensure all work areas are left clean, safe, and orderly after completing service.
Follow safety procedures and use appropriate tools, cleaning agents, and protective equipment.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (if required for mobile service).

Pay: $53,500.00 – $68,500.00 per year
