Educator – Cert 3 or Diploma

Basic requirements for the candidate:
Current working With Children Check
First Aid (HTL1004)
Thorough knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework
Excellent planning, organizational and time management skills
Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral
Professional presentation and relationship-building skills
An ‘above and beyond’ effort ethic
