About the Role
We are seeking an experienced all-rounder who is confident working across Front of House, Bar, and Café operations.
Essential Requirements
Minimum 2 years Australian café or restaurant experience
Excellent English communication skills
Current RSA certificate
Experience using Lightspeed POS
Experience taking and managing reservations
Confident making coffee
Experience working on the floor and behind the bar
Strong customer service skills
Reliable, qualified and well-presented
Responsibilities
Taking customer orders and processing payments
Managing bookings and reservations
Floor service and customer care
Coffee preparation
Serving beer,
wine and cocktails
Assisting with bar operations
Opening and closing duties
Maintaining high service standards
Availability Required
Applicants must be available to work approximately 5 days per week. Weekend availability is essential. Weekday shifts are versatile and will be scheduled based on mutual availability.
