Junior IT & Administration Officer (1 person)
Job description
Provide day-to-day IT support, system maintenance, and infrastructure oversight for the continued operation of the office.
Assist in general affairs tasks such as office administration, procurement, facility management, and event coordination.
Act as the primary liaison to coordinate with Head Office IT/Operations teams and third-party vendors for system upgrades, cybersecurity, access management, troubleshooting, and daily operational matters.
Manage hardware, software, networks, and user support while ensuring compliance with data protection and IT security standards.
Maintain high service standards, support team morale, and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
Produce periodic or ad hoc reports to the Head Office as required.
About You
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
Experience: 1 to 3 years of junior-level experience in IT support, office administration, or general affairs,
preferably within a corporate or banking workplace.
Work Eligibility: Must possess valid, legal working rights in the local jurisdiction

Problem-Solving: Robust analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of addressing both technical IT issues and daily administrative challenges independently-
-Communication: Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to collaborate effectively across local teams and bridge communication smoothly with the Head Office.
-Technical Knowledge: Solid technical understanding of basic networks, IT security, and general office management processes.
Attributes: Valuable team-player, proactive, capable of multitasking, with high integrity and a service-oriented mindset.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Fluency in both English and Mandarin is highly preferred.
Pay: $52,440.14 – $84,126.45 per year
