Hunter Industrial Supplies is seeking a reliable, motivated, and hands-on Warehouse Picker & Packer to join our growing team. This is a diverse and fast-paced role suited to someone who takes pride in accuracy, efficiency, and maintaining high warehouse standards.
About the Role
Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, your responsibilities will include:
Picking and packing all HIS customer orders accurately and efficiently
Arranging courier pickups and completing related freight documentation
Sales order invoicing and order fulfilment
Reporting on sales order and freight data
Loading and unloading freight (manual handling and forklift operation where required)
Restocking racks and shelving
Maintaining a clean, organised warehouse, including sweeping floors and stock rotation
Ensuring warehouse operations comply with NSW WHS requirements
Picking and processing Speedframe orders
Cutting Speedframe materials using cutting machinery
Assisting with Speedframe site work when required
Contributing to improvements in warehouse processes and systems to meet growing stock and order demands
About You
Previous warehouse picking and packing experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Forklift licence (or willingness to obtain) preferred
Physically fit and capable of manual handling
Basic computer skills for invoicing and reporting
Strong work ethic and ability to work both independently and in a team
Positive attitude with a focus on continuous improvement
